What is an e-Book?
The term e-Book stands for electronic book.
It is basically a book that can be read on your PC
or handheld device. Ebooks on this site mainly fall into 2 types: - PDF Files
- Windows executable(.exe) programs
PDF files can be read on any computer
including Macs and Windows systems. To read a PDF file you will need a PDF reader which you should already have on your system. If you do not have a PDF reader you can obtain a free reader from Adobe.
Windows executable (.exe) programs can only be run on Windows systems - They will not run on Macs unless you also have Windows emulation software running - and even then it cannot be guaranteed.
Why Are My Ebooks Priced So Low?
Question: Would you pay $97.00 for a traditional book from Amazon or a local bookstore?
You may do so for something very special but not for normal "how to" books or manuals - they are usually in the $10 to $20 range. Yet it is not uncommon for this type of ebook to be priced priced between $47.00 and $97.00 even though there are no distribution or printing costs and many are only 40 to 60 pages long!
Many internet marketers justify charging high prices for ebooks simply because people will pay it - and they are correct, many people do - however I believe many of these high prices are excessive and frequently deny many people access to the information contained in the ebooks. To me this just smacks of greed and exploitation, and as a business model, is likely to fail in the long term.
When I started a couple of years ago I frequently found ebooks were priced beyond what I could pay so now I sell ebooks at a significant discount to the "recommended price". The maximum I charge for any single item is $10.00. That way anyone can buy them

What Guarantee Of Quality Do You Have?
Despite the low prices charged you get a full 30 day 100% ironclad guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (or no reason) all you need to do is email me within 30 days of purchase and ask for a refund. It will be issued immediately. You can even keep the ebook with my compliments. The risk is entirely on me and I can't be fairer than that.
What Additional Software Will You Need?
All downloads will be in a compressed file (zip) format. You will need an unzip program and most computers have Winzip included as standard. If you do not have Winzip you can obtain it here however it is not free (after initial evaluation period). Personally I use Filzip which is free and easy to use.
Most e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this
type you will need Adobe PDF Reader.
You will probably already have this on your PC. If
not you can download it free from Adobe
Most other e-Books are .exe (executable)
files.
These need no software
to run on your Windows PC however they will not run on Macs unless you have PC emulation software and even then I cannot guarantee they will run.
Ebooks can also come in the form of
a Word file or HTML file.
How Will You Get Your Purchase?
On receipt of the payment by PayPal they advise us that the payment has been received and the automated delivery system sends you an email with the download link. You can then download your purchase.
Right click on the link and save the ebook to a folder of your choice. Normally the process takes only a few seconds.
On a small number of occasions the automated system is unable to issue the download details immediately and I may have to send the link manually. Reasons for this occuring are usually administrative and can include errors on my part when inputting the initial details for which I apologise in advance.
If you pay by e-cheque you will also not be sent the download link until the cheque has cleared - this can take between 7 and 10 days.
If you purchase multiple items on Ebay the download links will need to be sent manually as the automated system can only issue one file per transaction.
How Do You Pay For Your Purchase?
Payment is only accepted via PayPal. The reason for this is cost and time. If I accept payments via other methods or systems my automatic download will not work and I have to send them manually. This would mean an inevitable increase in prices.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase
these ebooks.
To purchase by credit or debit card without a PayPal account click the 'Order Now' button and choose to pay by credit or debit card on the Paypal welcome
screen. Then simply follow the onscreen instructions
All payments are taken on the PayPal site and are encrypted and secure. We never see your credit or debit card details.

What Should You Do If Your Download Instructions Fail To Arrive?
Whilst my delivery system works perfectly 98% of the time sometimes things do go wrong (it's not always my fault but I apologise in advance for when it is). If you do not receive your e-Book, first check your spam/trash
folder. Some anti-spam systems (particularly Hotmail and AOL) put messages from unknown sources
straight into the spam or trash folder. It will often be there.
